Abstract：Withthedeepeningreformofhighereducationand’thepromotionof"doublefirst-class"construction，ithas becomean important misionof China'shighereducationinstitutions tobuildastrongcountryinconstructionenginering educatioandcultivateinnovativeandentrepreneurialexcelentengineringandtechnicaltalents.Asthecorecourseofthe characteristicspecialtyofHarbinEngineeingUniversitythecourseofShipControlSystemneedstokeepupwiththendsof thetimes.BasedontheDepseek-R1modelandrelyingontherelevant scientificresearch projectsof thecourse，thethreedimensionalteachingmodeofAIcoursebasedontheintegrationofspecialtyandinnovationissoughtbyculivatingtheability tocoletandprocessinformation，theabilitytoacquirenewknowledge，theabilitytoanalyzeandsolveproblems，soasto cultivateinnovativetalentstoadapttotheneweraandpracticetheteachingconceptofintegrationofspecialtyandinnovation.
