Abstract：Withthecontinuousimprovementof thecountrysrequirementsfor"high-qualityeducation"，thequalityof teacher traininghasbecomeanimportantissueincolege teachereducation.TheScholof Humanitiesof ShangluoUniversityhas constructedandimplementedthe"trinity"teachertrainingsystem，whichhasefectivelyimprovedthequalityofteachertraining. The"trinity"teachertrainingsystemisasuccesfulpracticeofthetraining mode，andalsoprovidesareferencemethodand mode for other types of personnel training.
