Abstract：Thecurrntrapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligence（Al）anddigitaltechnologyhasinjectedtechnological momentumintotraditionalanimalnutrition，whichhaspromotedtheteachingsystemtoinnovateinthedirectionofintellgence andintegrationofindustryandeducation.Inthispaper，fortheproblemsoflagingteachingcontentandsingleevaluation systemitraditionalanimalnutritionundergraduatecourses，itisproposedtoreconstructtheteachingcontentandevaluation systembyusingintellgentdigitaltoolssuchasvirtualimulationlboratoes，intellgentdataanalysisplatfomsandpesoalid learningsystems，andtheteachingreformstrategyofdepintegrationofAIanddigitaltechnologytoimprovestudents'practical abilityandindustryadaptabilityPracticeshowsthatAItechnologycanoptimizethealocationofteachingresources，enhancethe eficiencyofteacherstudentinteractionandcultivatecompositetalentsithdataliteracyndiovationabiltyfortheintellient transformationoftheanimalhusbandryindustryThispaperfurterproposessustainableimplementationpathssuchaslayered trainingand school-enterprisesynergy toprovideareference paradigm for the teaching reformof similar disciplines.
