鐵鍋燉大鵝在塔城地區(qū)的傳播研究
摘 要:本文聚焦鐵鍋燉大鵝的特點(diǎn)與文化內(nèi)涵,簡要概括其在新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)塔城地區(qū)的傳播途徑,分析傳播過程中面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出相應(yīng)的改善策略,旨在豐富塔城地區(qū)的美食文化,并為各地特色美食在其他地區(qū)的傳播提供借鑒。

Research on the Spread of Braised Geese with Iron Pot in Tacheng Area

Abstract: This paper focuses on the characteristics and cultural connotation of braised goose with iron pot, briefly summarizes the way of its transmission in Tacheng area of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region, analyzes the challenges faced in the process of transmission, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies, aiming to enrich the food culture of Tacheng area and provide reference for the spread of local specialties in other areas.
