食品安全視角下食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的改革與發(fā)展路徑研究
摘 要:面對(duì)我國(guó)日益復(fù)雜的食品安全形勢(shì),本文從食品安全的視角出發(fā),探討當(dāng)前食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出相應(yīng)的改革與發(fā)展路徑,期望能夠構(gòu)建一個(gè)科學(xué)、協(xié)調(diào)、國(guó)際化的食品安全保障體系,提高食品安全監(jiān)管的整體水平,恢復(fù)并增強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)食品安全的信心,促進(jìn)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。

Research on the Reform and Development Path of Food Inspection and Testing from the Perspective of Food Safety

Abstract: In the face of the increasingly complex food safety situation in China, this paper discusses the challenges faced by the current food inspection and testing work from the perspective of food safety, and puts forward the corresponding reform and development path, hoping to build a scientific, coordinated and international food safety security system, improve the overall level of food safety supervision, and restore and enhance public confidence in food safety, promote the healthy development of the food industry.
