食品添加劑應(yīng)用的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策

摘 要：食品添加劑的規(guī)范應(yīng)用對(duì)提升安全水平至關(guān)重要。本文系統(tǒng)梳理了食品添加劑應(yīng)用過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題，包括食品添加劑濫用、標(biāo)識(shí)不規(guī)范、監(jiān)管執(zhí)法不力、檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)能力不足以及科普教育宣傳不到位等，并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題提出了針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議，以期為促進(jìn)食品添加劑的科學(xué)合理使用提供參考。

Problems and Countermeasures of Food Additive Application

Abstract： The standardized application of food additives is crucial for improving safety levels. This article systematically summarizes the main problems in the application process of food additives， including the abuse of food additives， non-standard labeling， ineffective supervision and law enforcement， insufficient inspection and testing capabilities， and inadequate science education and publicity. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the scientific and rational use of food additives.
