摘 要:網(wǎng)絡(luò)交易的過程體現(xiàn)出一定的虛擬化特征,新時(shí)期下網(wǎng)購(gòu)食品安全問題頻發(fā),研究供應(yīng)鏈視域下食品安全控制要點(diǎn)極為關(guān)鍵。本文重點(diǎn)介紹網(wǎng)購(gòu)食品質(zhì)量安全關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),分析網(wǎng)購(gòu)食品質(zhì)量安全的重要性,并從供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)商、電商平臺(tái)等方面深入探討網(wǎng)購(gòu)食品質(zhì)量安全關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的控制策略,旨在為相關(guān)研究提供參考。

Abstract: The process of online transactions reflects certain virtualization characteristics, and the food safety problems of online shopping are frequent in the new era, and it is extremely important to study the key points of food safety control from the perspective of supply chain. This paper focuses on the key links of online food quality and safety, analyzes the importance of online food quality and safety, and discusses the control strategies of key links of online food quality and safety from the aspects of suppliers, manufacturers, and e-commerce platforms, aiming to provide reference for related research.
