萊陽(yáng)梨的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值及加工技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

摘 要:萊陽(yáng)梨富含多種有效成分,營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,具有提高機(jī)體抗氧化能力、調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體糖脂代謝和改善腸道健康等作用。本文闡述了萊陽(yáng)梨的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分,總結(jié)了萊陽(yáng)梨相關(guān)加工產(chǎn)品的加工技術(shù)和工藝流程,并對(duì)萊陽(yáng)梨未來(lái)的研究和開(kāi)發(fā)方向進(jìn)行了展望,以期為推動(dòng)萊陽(yáng)梨精深加工和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考。

Research Progress on the Nutritional Value and Processing Technology of Laiyang Pear

Abstract: Laiyang pear is rich in a variety of active ingredients and nutrients, which have the functions of improving the body’s antioxidant capacity, regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, and enhancing intestinal health. This paper expounds on the nutritional composition of Laiyang pear, summarizes the processing technology and technological processes of Laiyang pear related processed products, and looks forward to the future research and development direction of Laiyang pear, in order to provide a reference for promoting the deep processing and industrial development of Laiyang pear.
