食品安全檢測(cè)中分析化學(xué)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用
摘 要:食品安全檢測(cè)是保障食品安全的有效措施。當(dāng)前食品安全問題主要包括食品添加劑濫用、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)及微生物污染等,在食品安全檢測(cè)中應(yīng)用分析化學(xué)技術(shù)能夠準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)食品中的有害成分,從而確保食品安全。本文基于常見的食品安全問題,概述了分析化學(xué)技術(shù)在食品安全檢測(cè)中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,以供參考。

Application of Analytical Chemistry Technology in Food Safety Testing

Abstract: Food safety testing is an effective measure to ensure food safety. At present, food safety problems mainly include the abuse of food additives, excessive pesticide residues in agricultural products and microbial pollution, etc., and the application of analytical chemistry technology in food safety testing can accurately detect harmful components in food, so as to ensure food safety. Based on common food safety problems, this article summarizes the practical application of analytical chemistry techniques in food safety testing for reference.

隨著食品工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,食品安全問題日益凸顯,食品添加劑濫用、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)以及食品在流轉(zhuǎn)過程中的微生物污染問題等嚴(yán)重威脅著消費(fèi)者的健康,還阻礙了食品行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。(剩余4247字)
