【Abstract】With the intensificationof competition in the automotive manufacturing industry，the demand for error prevention inthe final assemblyworkshophas become prominent.Thisarticlestudiestheapplicationand improvementof error-proofing technology intheautomotive final assembly process，which has theadvantages of improving assembly quality，reducingcosts，enhancing eficiency，and strengthening employee safety.Through aplication strategies suchas the innovationof toling equipment，theoptimizationof personnel training and management，the upgrading of production processes，and theintegrationof informatizationandintellgentmonitoring，thepreventionofmisplacementis guaranteed.At the same time，improvement pathssuch as developing intellgent auxiliary toos，establishing knowledge graphs，promoting improved communities，and applying blockchain toensuredataaccuracyare proposed.Research showsthateror-profing technologyisof greatsignificance totheautomotivemanufacturing industry.Inthefuture，if it isintegratedwithemerging technologies，itwill promote itsdevelopment towardsintellgenceandautomation，whichis conducive to the quality upgrade of the automotive manufacturing industry.

隨著社會(huì)進(jìn)步，人們對(duì)汽車的使用越來越多，汽車制造廠也在不斷地增多，在各種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下不同廠家推出的不同款式、不同配置車型也越來越多，這對(duì)目前汽車制造業(yè)特別是總裝車間壓力越來越大，給總裝防錯(cuò)體系帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。（剩余4275字）
