【Abstract】The modern urban transportation system is confronted with road congestion and safety hazards caused by the sharp increasein thenumber of vehicles.Thetraditional manual driving and fixed signal control mode have been dificulttomeetthedemandforeficienttravel.V2X(Vehicle-to-Everything)technology,withitsmulti-dimensional data interaction capabilities among vehicles,roads,peopleand thecloud,has become thecore technology for building anewgenerationof intellgent transportation networks.Thisarticlesystematically expounds thecore mechanismof V2X technology,analyzes the key technical diferences between LTE-V2Xand5G-V2X,and focusesondiscussing its applicationmodesinscenariossuchasvehicle-to-vehicle(V2V),vehicle-to-infrastructure(V2I),vehicle-topedestrian(V2P),and vehicle-to-network(V2N).
