【Abstract】In the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor,especially for fractional slot permanent magnet synchronousmotor,thedesignofpoleslotfitwillseriouslyafecttheelectromagneticnoiseofthemotor,andreasonable poleslotfitcan greatlyreduce the dificultyof electromagneticnoise suppressionof the motor.In thispaper,the expresionsofforcewave frequencyand force wave frequencyindiferentpolar groovecombinationsaredetermined first, andtheconditions for generatingunilateral magneticpullare guided.Secondly,takinganautomobile motor asan example,the maincause of electromagnetic noise generated by the motor isanalyzed,andthe concepts of main force wavefrequencyandmain force wave frequencycorrsponding tothe motorare defined.At last,the8diferentpole grove matching statesof this motorare analyzed,and thecorrespondingoptimal polegroove matching is proposed.
