【Abstract】Aiming at the problemssuch as coating defects and heavy polution existing in traditional automotive anti-corrosion technologies,thisarticlemainlystudiestheapplicationofnewmaterialfilmcoating technologyinthefield ofautomotiveanti-corosion.This technologyformsaprotectivefilmwithbothphysicalbarrerandfunctionalresponse through the processof "adsorption-film formation-barier",which is divided into three types:chemical,physical and compositefilmcoating.Itissignificantlysuperiortotraditional technologiesintermsofmaterialperformance,proess adaptabilityandenvironmentalfriendliness.Inappication,itachievesficientprotectionofautomotiveparts through intelligent coatings,customized materials and composite processes.
