【Abstract】Aiming at the problemssuch as coating defects and heavy polution existing in traditional automotive anti-corrosion technologies，thisarticlemainlystudiestheapplicationofnewmaterialfilmcoating technologyinthefield ofautomotiveanti-corosion.This technologyformsaprotectivefilmwithbothphysicalbarrerandfunctionalresponse through the processof "adsorption-film formation-barier"，which is divided into three types：chemical，physical and compositefilmcoating.Itissignificantlysuperiortotraditional technologiesintermsofmaterialperformance，proess adaptabilityandenvironmentalfriendliness.Inappication，itachievesficientprotectionofautomotiveparts through intelligent coatings，customized materials and composite processes.
