【Abstract】With therapid development of the new energy automobile industry，the importance of high-voltage interlocksystemasakeytechnology toensureelectrical safetyhasbecome increasingly prominent.However，the traditional interlock systemhascertainlimitations insensortechnology，controlalgorithm，system integrationandsafety standards，anditisdificult tomeet thehighrequirements forelectricalsafetyofnewenergyvehicles.Thispapergivesa comprehensiveoverview of the highvoltage interlock systemofnewenergy vehicles，including its basicconcept， workingprinciple，design function，applicationdevelopment status，technical progress，cause offaultoccurrence， diagnosisandfaulttreatment.Through thestudyof highvoltageinterlock system，theaimistoimprovetheelectrical safetyof new energy vehicles，reduce the risk of electric shock accidents，and provide technical support forthe healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry.
