實時熒光PCR法檢測芝麻醬中的芝麻成分

摘 要:利用實時熒光PCR法檢測芝麻醬中的芝麻源性成分,以鑒定預包裝產(chǎn)品的真?zhèn)?。選取3份市售芝麻醬產(chǎn)品,其中1份標示不含芝麻成分,利用熒光定量PCR法進行檢測。結(jié)果顯示該法檢測結(jié)果與產(chǎn)品標簽相符,建立的檢測方法可行。

Real-Time Fluorescence PCR Method for Detection of Sesame Components in Sesame Paste

Abstract: A real-time fluorescence PCR method was used to detect sesame-derived ingredients in sesame paste to identify the authenticity of prepackaged products. Three commercially available sesame paste products, one of which was labeled as not containing sesame ingredients, were selected and tested using a fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results showed that the assay results were consistent with the product labels and the established assay was feasible.
