10 kV帶電環(huán)境下線纜自適應(yīng)剝皮器的設(shè)計與關(guān)鍵部件仿真

摘 要:帶電環(huán)境下線纜剝皮是配網(wǎng)帶電最主要的作業(yè)之一。設(shè)計一種適用于10 kV帶電環(huán)境下線纜自適應(yīng)剝皮裝置,介紹該裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,對其關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行有限元分析,驗證其設(shè)計合理性并進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化,提升強(qiáng)度,減輕質(zhì)量。研究結(jié)果表明:所設(shè)計的自動剝皮器靈活、高效,極大地提高了線纜的剝皮可靠性及效率。

Abstract:Stripping cables in a live environment is one of the most important tasks in a live distribution network. Designes an adaptive peeling device suitable for offline 10 kV live environment. Its structure and working principle are introduced, the finite element analysis of its key components is carried out, the rationality of its design is verified, and topology optimization is conducted for strength reinforcement and mass reduction. The research results show that the designed qautomatic stripper designed is flexible and efficient, which greatly improves the stripping reliability and stripping efficiency of cables.
