一種自適應(yīng)路況的重載AGV驅(qū)動(dòng)單元設(shè)計(jì)與分析

摘 要:為使重載AGV更好地適應(yīng)復(fù)雜路況,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型驅(qū)動(dòng)單元并對(duì)其受力狀態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,為驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的選型提供直接依據(jù);對(duì)AGV底盤以及路況做出了分析,利用SolidWorks Simulation靜力分析模塊對(duì)底盤進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度研究;對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行了實(shí)際測(cè)試,獲取數(shù)據(jù)分析驗(yàn)證驅(qū)動(dòng)單元設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。

Design and Analysis of a Driving Unit for Heavy-duty AGV Adaptive to Road Conditions

Abstract:In order to better adapt to the complex road conditions, a new design of drive unit was proposed, and its stress state was analyzed, providing a direct basis for the selection of driving motor. The AGV chassis and road conditions were analyzed. SolidWorks Simulation static analysis module was used to analyze the strength of the chassis, and the prototype was tested and the feasibility of the drive unit design was verified by data analysis.
