Exploring the Path to Enhancing the Employment Ability of College Students under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractWith therapiddevelopmentofnewquality productivity，the iterationandupgrading speedofChina's industrial structure has accelerated， which has a profound impact on the employment sector. College graduates are an important talent resourceand a key employment group.In the contextof new quality productivity， the problem of difficult employment for them has become increasingly prominent.It is particularly important to enhance the employability of college students intheprocessofdevelopingnewqualityproductivity，sothattheycanbeteradapt tomarketdemand.The articleanalyzes the employment dilemma of contemporarycollege students and provides a detailed discussion on the requirements and improvement paths ofcollge students'employment ability under the new quality productivity， in order to provide reference for college students' employment guidance.
