AbstractBased on the psychological characteristics of Generation Z collge students,this paper explores effective strategie forintegrating college mental health educationand ideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Bythoroughlyreviewing the literature,analyzing the psychologicalconditionsandvalue orientations ofGeneration Zcollgestudents,theconcepts of college mental health education and ideological and political education,as well as the integrable parts,this paper proposes strategies for integrating the two.It aims to promote innovation in thecollege education system and optimization of the talentcultivationmodel,and tohelpachieve thefundamental taskofcultivating virtueandthecomprehensive development of students.
