Current Status and Countermeasures of Agriculture and Forestry Master's Graduates Serving the "Three Rural Issues

A Case Study of Zhejiang A&F University

AbstractMaster's degree educationinagricultureand forestry isanimportant way tocultivate high-levelapliedtalents in agricultureandruralareas and promote therevitalizationofrural talents.Theemploymentandservicedataofmaster's graduates inagriculture and forestry from Zhejiang AgricultureandForestry Universityin thepast10 years show that the number of people continues to grow，the employment rate and proportion of services for agriculture，rural areas and farmerssteadilyincrease，andthe industrydistributionisdiversebutrelativelyconcentrated.Thereasons canbeattributed totherapiddevelopmentofgraduateeducationinagriculturalandforestrymajors，theincreasingalignmentbetweentalent cultivation and social needs，and the transformation of employment concepts among agricultural and forestry graduates. On this basis，the article proposessuggestions and paths to promote the service of agricultural and forestry professonal master'sdegree students toruralrevitalization，aiming toenhane theeffctiveness ofagriculturaland forestry profesonal master's degree graduates in serving agriculture，rural areas， and farmers， and help rural revitalization.
