AbstractThe crowdsourcing space of medical and health vocational coleges is a key platform for promoting the cultivationofinnovativeand entrepreneurial talents inthemedicaland health fieldandfacilitating the transformationof scientificandtechnologicalachievements.Thearticlecomprehensivelyelaboratesonthecurrentstatusofitsconstruction and operation through systematic analysis，deeplyexplores the existing problems，and proposes scientificandeffective improvement strategies to assist in the efficient operation of crowdsourcing spaces，enhance the innovation and entrepreneurshipeffctivenessofmedicalandhealth vocationalcolleges，and provide more high-qualityinnovativetalents for the medical and health industry.
