高職制造類專業(yè)學(xué)生“一站式”社區(qū)滿意度及影響因素研究

AbstractWith the advancementofthe "Made in China 2025"strategy Vocational collges playakeyrole incultivating technical talents for manufacturing disciplines.The "one-stop"communityasan important platform for ideologicaland political work，isacrucial tolfortalentdevelopment.Studentsatisfactioninfluencescommunityparticipation，whichntur affects the outcomes of talent cultivation.This studyconstructs astructural equation model ofsatisfaction determinants and conducts a questionnaire survey among students from manufacturing majors at Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic Colege. The analysis reveals that students' overallsatisfaction with the "one-stop" community is moderate， with relatively low perceived qualityand perceivedvalue.Empirical analysis shows that perceived quality，perceivedvalue，and perceived fairess positivelyimpactsatisfaction，withperceived fairnesshavingthe greatest influence.Thisstudyofers valuable insights for the development of "one-stop" communities in vocational colleges.
