Research on the Demand and Cultivation of Preschool Bilingual Talents under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port Construction

AbstractAgainst the backdrop ofthe constructionofafree tradeport,the demand for talents with English proficiency inHainan Province isbecoming increasinglyurgent.These talents are graduall becoming akey force in promoting the regional developmentofHainanFree TradePort.Thepreschoolstage is the golden periodforlanguage learning,and the importance ofbilingual education foryoung childrenis becoming increasingly prominent.Itnotonlylaysasolid foundation for preschoolchildren'sEnglishlearning,butalsoplaysanimportantroleincultivatingtheirintemationalperspective and cross-cultural communication skills.However,itremains tobe further explored whether the current reserveand job competency level of preschool English teachers in Hainan Province can meet the growing demand of the bilngual education industry.This survey mainly focuseson the currentsituation and job demands of bilingual earlychildhood education talents in Hainan，aiming to provide accuratedata support and scientific decision-making basis for the development ofbilingual education in Hainan kindergartens.
