Research on the Local Internationalization Talent Training Model in Application-Oriented Universities

AbstractUnderthe policybackgroundofopen education inthecountry，local intermational education has become anew driving forceforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofappliedundergraduatecollges.Thearticle takesthe Sino UScooperation project in software engineering at Quanzhou Universityof Information Technology as an example，and through in-depth research on theproject， discusses the practical measures andimplementationefects ofthe project，and proposes strategies forcultivating intemational talents inappliedunversities.Researchsuggests thatlocal internationalizationconstructioncan effctively relyon Sino foreign cooperative education projects （institutions），focus on the local area， introduce reorces， radiatetothewholeshol，promote theintermationalizationofthecurrclumsystem，strengthentheintemationalationof the teaching staff，and thus achieve the improvement of the quality of international talent cultivation.

教育的國(guó)際化已經(jīng)成為應(yīng)用型本科院校提升內(nèi)涵建設(shè)和培養(yǎng)國(guó)際人才的重要途徑，傳統(tǒng)的國(guó)際化教育模式以人員跨境流動(dòng)為主，但這種模式覆蓋面小、成本高，且受全球復(fù)雜局勢(shì)的影響，教育國(guó)際化需要尋求新的出路。（剩余6770字）
