AbstractUnderthe policybackgroundofopen education inthecountry,local intermational education has become anew driving forceforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofappliedundergraduatecollges.Thearticle takesthe Sino UScooperation project in software engineering at Quanzhou Universityof Information Technology as an example,and through in-depth research on theproject, discusses the practical measures andimplementationefects ofthe project,and proposes strategies forcultivating intemational talents inappliedunversities.Researchsuggests thatlocal internationalizationconstructioncan effctively relyon Sino foreign cooperative education projects (institutions),focus on the local area, introduce reorces, radiatetothewholeshol,promote theintermationalizationofthecurrclumsystem,strengthentheintemationalationof the teaching staff,and thus achieve the improvement of the quality of international talent cultivation.
