AbstractCurrently,college studentsare faced with multiple pressures such as study,employment,and interpersonal relationships,and mental health problems have become increasingly prominent.By cultivating emotional cognition, regulationability,and interpersonalcommunicationskills,emotional education hasbecomeanimportant partofmental health education. Starting from the relationship between emotional education and mental health education,this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in college mental health education and proposes integration strategies, including building a "dual-qualified" teaching staff,inovating teaching models,reforming evaluation methods,and constructing a collaborative mechanism among families,schools,and society,so as to enhance collge students' psychological resilience and comprehensive qualities.
