Research on the Training Mechanism of Nursing Talents in Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Background of "Two Combinations"

AbstractThe important discourse of "two combinations" not only provides scientific theoretical guidance for traditional Chinese medicine colleges，but also provides valuable theoretical guidance for the cultivation of nursing professionals.The School of Nursing at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine actively promotes the innovationof high-level nursing talent training mechanisms forthe inheritance and innovationof traditional Chinese medicie culture from the perspective of "two combinations". It skilfullyuses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine disciplines to create highlightcourses intraditional Chinese medicine nursing，strengthens enterprise linkage to optimize teaching conditions for traditional Chinese medicine nursing，ataches importance to the cultivationof students'scientificresearchabilities，andstrengthens the transformationofscientificresearchachievements，striving to create a new path for nursing talent training with distinct "two combinations" characteristics.
