However， isses such as insufficient integration of educators'spirit，imbalanced teamstructure， andlack ofinstitutional guarantees haveconstrainedthe professionalizationanddevelopmentofthefunding workforce. Universitiesshould takethe cultivationof ideasas their"soul"and make every effrtto build the "spirit"ofthe funding team;Taking team optimizationas the‘priority'， we willfocus onshaping the'professional standards'of the funding team; Based onthe improvement ofthe system， we are commited to enhancing the "power source" ofthe funding team and effectively promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of student aid work in universities.
