AbstractThe "Double First-Class" strategic decision provides a basic guideline for art coleges to coordinate and planthe "Double First Classconstruction project. Under the guidanceofthe "Double First-Class"strategic decision, artcolleges should innovate their talenttraining mechanisms and cultivate versatile and versatile art talents.In the specific practical process, there are still many problems in terms of educational philosophy, teaching mechanism, teaching staf,andcampus cultural environment construction.
