(School of Electronic Science,National University of Defense Technology, Changsha, Hunan ) AbstractThearticlefirstanalyzes the main impactofartificialintellgence technologyontheconstructionofleaming resources,that is,resources willmove from standardized static resources to personalized dynamic resources,the construction method willmove from manual led to intellgent generation,theresource form willmove from traditional resource islands to knowledge networks,and the usage mode will move from traditional clasrooms to lifelong learning;Then,the problems of appying AI technology to learning resource construction were analyzed,including resourcegenerationquality,privacyandsecuritycopyright,teacherroleandtechnologydependence,etc;Finally,in response to the problem,measures such as building anew ecosystem for learning resourceconstruction,utilizing AI technology to improve resource construction eficiency,and establishingaguarantee mechanism thatadapts toAI technology empowering resource construction are proposed.
