AbstractThe article takes "AssessmentofCommonRespiratory Diseases"asan example to explore theunit teaching designofvocationalhealthassessmentcourses.ThisdesignisbasedontheUbDtheory.Byanalyzing thecharacteristics of vocational health assssment courses，the features of actual teaching，and the learning situationof vocational students，itelaboratesonthesixstepsunderthethreestagesofUbDtheory，eflectsontheproblems encounteredduring theimplementation process，and proposes improvement measures.Unit teaching design guided by overarching conceptsandsupportedbyUbDtheorycanachievecomprehensive developmentofstudents，laying thefoundation for clinical nursing course learning and future internships and work.
