Exploration of Information Management and Information Systems Professional Talent Cultivation Based on the "Internal and External Dual Circulation" Mode

AbstractUnder the dual drive of rapid technological iteration and changing employment market demands，the Information Management and Information Systems （IMIS） major urgently needs to enhance the employability and professional sustainable development capabilities ofits graduates.Inresponse to issues such as the currnt curriculum systemand teaching methods lagging behind technological development and market demands，this study focuseson enhancing students'practicalabilitiesandtheircapabilities tosolvecomplex problems as thecore.Ituses dual-inovation project practice as the link to construct a "dual circulation" training model， which strengthens students' technology transformation skills and interdisciplinary comprehensive literacy， providing IMIS students with a more competitive career development path.
