高校教師樣板黨支部自身建設(shè)的實踐與思考

摘  要：高校教師黨支部是學(xué)校落實立德樹人根本任務(wù)的組織保障和戰(zhàn)斗堡壘。黨支部建設(shè)包括組織建設(shè)和自身建設(shè)，在中國共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年之際，該文結(jié)合樣板黨支部建設(shè)，側(cè)重自身建設(shè)分析高校教師黨支部現(xiàn)狀，梳理存在的問題，探索高校教師黨支部自身建設(shè)中的適切性，提出具有實效性的建設(shè)措施和工作方法。

Abstract： The Party branch of university teachers is the organizational guarantee and fighting fortress for the university to implement the fundamental task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation. Party branch construction includes organizational construction and self-construction. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China， this paper combines the model Party branch construction， focusing on the self-construction， analyzes the current situation of university teachers' party branch， sorts out the existing problems， explores the suitability of university teachers' Party branch， and puts forward effective construction measures and working methods.
