[Abstract] With China entering a new stage of high-quality economic development and the comprehensive improvement of the nation quality，fostering newquality productivity has become the core task toachieve long-term economic growth.In the grand journey of comprehensively building a strong socialist modernization country，the construction of a sports power occupies an indispensable strategic position，and new productivity are becoming a powerful driving force forits development.Byadopting iteratureresearch，interviewinvestigation，andlogicalanalysis， this study systematically elaborates connotation，mechanism，and path of empowering high-qualitydevelopmentof physical education with new quality productivity in primary and secondary schools.The study suggests that primary and secondaryschoolphysical education，asacore hubgathering elementssuchastalentcultivation，technological innovation，sientificresearch，etc，schoolphysical educationisnotonlyanimportant practitionercarier topromote the iterativeupgrade ofproductivityin the field ofsports，but alsoa keyfeld for therooting of newqualityproductivity. Its development effectiveness isdirectlyrelatetothe transformation eficiencyofnew qualityproductivityinthesports industry.At the same time，the current development of physical education in primary and secondary school is facing practical difculties，and there is anurgent need to leverage the innovative momentum of newquality productivity to achieve breakthroughs.This paper focuses on deeply expounding the core essnce and contemporary value of empowering high-quality development of primary and secondary school physical education with new quality productivity，systematicallanalyzing its mechanism ofaction，and exploring feasible paths from the practical perspective. Theaimis to provide theoreticalsupport forthe reformof primaryand secondary school physical education teaching and alsoto provide theoretical references forthe deepapplication of new quality productivity in various fieldsof China's physical education.
