[Abstract] Inrecent years,with thecontinuous deepening of theconcept ofqualityeducation,the reformof physical education teaching has becomeaconsensus in the feldof education.Taekwondo is ahighlyornamentaland competitive value,which is liked and recognized by more and more young people. In order to further promote the reform of Taekwondocourses incollegesanduniversities,helpstudents improvetheir physicalfitnessandcultivate theircharacter and perseverance inasubtle way,this studytakes theconcept and characteristics ofTaekwondoas the starting point of thestatement.Throughthe literature review and logical analysis method,combined with the empirical analysis of teachingcourses,it is believed that thecurent Taekwondo courses in the physical education major in collges and universities inmycountry have thedificultiesof vague teachingobjectives,large room forimprovement inclassroom teaching,singleextracuricularteachingactivitymodel,and insuicient numberofprofessonal teachers.Basedonthis, it is proposed to clarifythe goals of Taekwondo courses in collges and universities,explore the innovation of Taekwondo clases,enrich Taekwondo extracurricular teaching activities,and improve the teaching abilityof collge and university teachers from multiple angles.
