[Abstract] To clarifythetechnological evolutionof the high dificultyflipping motionof skateboarding and reveal its movement laws,this study integrates international top-level event technology statistics,motion capture experiments, and literature data from 1978 to 2O24,and traces the iterative processof Ollie,Kickflip, 360° Flip to 720° Flip flipping techniques.Thearticlesuggests thatthecoordinatedconsistencyof thepower chain,longitudinaland transversecenter of massamplitudecontrol,andtimeandangleutilizationarethecorefactors thatdeterminethestabilityofmovements. Basedon the findings,this articleconstructs a graded training programaroundcore stability,strength control,and energy efficiency,anduggestsadjusting theintensityaccording togender,competitivelevel,and windspeedconditios,in order to provide theoreticaland methodological support fortheconstructionofan inteligent training systemforextreme sports.
