體教融合視域下高校體育與競技體育融合發(fā)展機制研究

[Abstract] The integration and development of collge sports and competitive sports is the main path to solve the dilemma ofcultivating sports reserve talents in China and promote the high-quality developmentof the sports industry. The integrationof the two is not onlya processof resource integrationand complementaryadvantages，butalsoatwo一 way interaction achieved through education empowering sports and sports nurturing education， ultimately achieving the collborative goalof "sports people"and"cultural people".Inrecent years，the integrationofsportsand education has become a national developmentstrategy.Many collgesactivelycarry out the integration of sports and competitive sports，aiming to solve the pain points of traditionalsports training models，meeting national strategic requirements，and returning tothe educational essnce ofsports people.However， inthespecific processof integration，thereare stillmany challenges，suchasdifcultyinresourceintegration，contradictionsintalentcultivation，andbiasesintherecoiion of diversesubject values.Based on this，this articleconducts research onthe development mechanismofthe integration of college sportsandcompetitive sports from the perspectiveofsports education integration.Byanalyzing thenecesity of integration and the challenges，corresponding mechanisms for integrated development are proposed to provide reference for the teaching of college sports.
