[Abstract] Entering the new eraof the implementation ofthe national strategyof integration ofsports and education， campus football，asan important breakthrough and main batlefield ofthe integrationofsports and education，plays a crucial rolein the implementation of the major national strategies.Whether itis "tightly graspedandreliable"has a critical mpact.This article is based on the currnt problems of the integration ofsportsand education，uneven resource supply，insuficientteaching practicecompetition system，and incompleteeducational functionincampus footbalwork. Starting from five dimensions： governance mechanism， resource supply， teaching reform， competition system，and cultural education，correspondingoptimization development pathsare proposed topromotethetransformationofcampus footballfrom "activitypopularization"to "educational qualityimprovement"，and furtheraccelerate thedevelopment process of the integration of sports and education.
