[Abstract] Under thebackgroundof thein-depthadvancementofthedigitalizationstrategyineducation,thedigital literacyof vocational collge physical education teachers has become a key variable influencing teaching quality and curriculum reform.This paper adopts a research method combining literature analysis and questionnaire survey to constructadigital literacyasessmentframework covering three dimensions:applicationof tchnical tools,integration ability i teaching,andawarenessof network ethics.An empirical survey was conducted on198 vocational college physical education teachers.Theresearch found thattheoverall comprehensive digital literacy scoreof theteachers was 71.4 points,among which the highest score forawarenessof network ethics and information security was the 82.1 points, and thelowest score fortheabilitytoapplytechnicaltools wasthe 63.5 points.The digital teaching integrationability was 68.7points,which stillremained at the shallowapplication stage such as PPTproductionandvideo playback.There was a significant positive correlation between ageand digital iteracy (teachers over 45 years old scored 72.6 points in the teaching integration dimension,significantly higher than the 66.5 points of the group under 3O years old P<0.05 )andtheabilityofteacherswithintermediateandseniorprofessionaltitleshadsignificantlybeterthanthosewithjunior professional titles. Based on this,a three-step improvement method of "structure reconstruction-scene embedingecological support" is proposed, including promoting microauthenticationassssment,developing aphysical education teachingresource library based on video analysis,and forminga dual-mentor team of schools and enterprises.
