[Abstract] To solve the problems of single methods and insuffcient utilizationof neural adaptation mechanisms in the specialized sensitivity training of table tennis players,this research constructs asystematic sensitivity quality training program based on neuromuscular regulation theory.By analyzing the core connotation and performance characteristics of table tennis sensitivityquality,keyneuraland muscularregulation links thataffectathletes'sensitivityperformance have beenidentified.Onthisbasis,aspecialized training systemwas designed,whichincludes threecore modules:neural activation and perceptual training,reaction time shorteningandaction program optimization,and rapid strength and directional abilitytraining. This system can efectively enhance the nerveconduction eficiency,action executionspeed, and coordination of athletes,ofering new ideas and method support to improve competitive level of table tenns players.
