[Abstract] Inorder toactively implementthespiritof the Guidelines forthe ConstructionofCurriculum Ideological and Political Education in Collgesand Universities，this paper mainlyuses literature，interview，questionaireand teaching experimenttoconductresearchonthecurriculumideologicalandpoliticaleducationof introductiontophysical education.Thetheoretical basisof thecuriculumideologicaland political designof introduction tophysical education is mainlydetermined by factors suchas the needs ofthetimes，thecomprehensive development needs of students，and thecultivation needsof professional goals;Its theoreticalbasis includes theintegrationof moralityintothe body， homogeneityand diversity.The currculum ideological and political education implementation of introduction to physical education is a continuous development process.Through goal setingand construction methods，it is implemented in theclasroom teaching process，anda"three inoneeducation"and "big ideologicaland political education" pattern isconstructed.Basedonthe content of introduction to physical educationcourse，a varietyof teaching methodsareusedtoachievetheeducational goalsofactivelearningabilityand moralcultivationinprofesional curriculum ideologicaland political education，reflecting the organic integration of profesional knowledge and ideological and political education.
