[Abstract]Teachingbreaststroke tocollge students notonlyhelpsimprovetheirphysicalfitness,butalsoplaysapositive roleincultivating their mental healthand confidence.Thearticle explores theapplication valueof breaststroke in physical education in universities byanalyzing the systemic characteristics of swimmingand the technical requirements of breaststroke,witha focusonthecore techniqueofbreaststroke-thecoordinationandcoordinationof legsandarms. Theresearch aims to provide theoretical guidanceand practical methods for physical education teaching for colege students,and promote the comprehensive development of their physical and mental qualities by combining relevant policy documents.
