Abstract：ThefirstthesisofThesesonFeuerbachhasindependenttheoreticalimportance.Itcontinues Marx’scriticalthinkingon HegelianphilosohandnationalconomicsfrotheEonomicandPhlosopcalMausriptof84，showingintelectualcotiity betweenthetwo.Buildingonthisfoundation，Marxcritiquedthe“oldphilosophy”andreonstructs theconceptofthe“object”fromthe perspectivoflaborandpracticalsubjectity.Heestablishedtheprincipleof“objectiveactivity”basedonthe“realactivity”ofthe subject.Thus，fromthisperspective，itbecomesasiertograspthetheoreticalpremiseofMax’srevolutioninhistoricalmaterialism.
