Abstract：Ethnicminoritywitcharacters，asepitomesofadvancednationalculture，earthecolectivewisdomandspiritofjustice againstfeudaloppesionTakingthewittcharactersofUygur's“Afanti”andtheTibetan“Agudunba”asexamples，thispaperexplores their exemplary，progresiveandcontemporaryfaturesinteneweraculturalcommunicatio.Andteirontemporaryvaluelisin：（1） promoting heblosomingofexcelentethnicminoritycultureinthenwra;（2）strengtheningemotionalengagementtoenhancepublic empathyandresonance;（3）fullleveraging thenourishingroleof culture tocultivateandpracticecoresocialistvalues.
