Abstract:Civil false litigationnowoccursfrequently，expanding from“colusivemalice”to“unilateralmalice”andgravely underiningjudicialcdibilitandsocialharonyItsegulationfcesflawedlegislationcouts’diicultyiidentifingringtrals， limitedprocatoalsupsioddficitofscialtrustAodinglyeowngoteesureseproosdfiso toclarifystandardsforcompensationandsanctios；empoweringjudgesandleveragingsartcourttechologyforpreciseidentfaio; enhancingprosecutorialexpertiseandtechnicalcapacity；strengtheningtheprinciplefgoodfithbyestablishingcreditrecords，and intensifying education，publicity，and social supervision to safeguard judicial justice.
