Validation of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics in the New Development Stage

—Taking the Optimization of the Industrial Structure in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an Example

Abstract：TakingtheoptimizatiooftheindustrialstructureintheYangtzeRiverEconomic Beltasanexample，thispaperexamines thetheoreticalinnovationandpracticaldevelopmentofsocialitpoliticalonomywithChinesecharacteristicsinthenwdevelopnt stage.ItisfoundthatsocialistpliticalonomywithCinesecharacteristicsemonstratesvigroustheoreicalinovationintee developmentstage；theoreticalinnovationssuchasthenewdevelopmentphilosophy，supply-sidestructuralreform，andthedual circulatioparadigmprovidescientificguidanceforregionaleconomicdevelopment.Theoptimizationoftheindustrialstructurein theYangtzeRiverEconomicBeltmprcalconfirmsthesientificvalidityofthesetheories，deliveringmarkedprogressinowershipstructureupgrading，inovation-drivengrowth，andgreentransformationYetpersistentchalengesremaintoberesolved，including regionaldisparitessufentiovatiomomendmountirsfoatiopressuesccodinglythisprrosteic measures torefineregionalsynergymechanisms，strengtheninovation-drivencapacity，andcoordinateindustrialtransfoationnd upgrading，therebfsteingvrtuositeractioetweenteoreticaliovatioandpracticalxploationnddancingeageier Economic Belt’ s industrial structure to a new level.
