Abstract：Curently，primarystudents’mentalhaltheducationfaceskeyissueslikeuclearconeptsandcontentandisfiient resourcecoordination.Accordingly，the“Dual-SystemandThree-Mechanism”modelforprimarystudents’mentalhealtheducationis proposed.The“dalsyste”integratesmentalalthoneptscrossallsujectsndspecializedpsyhologicalounselingtchqusto addressthe“whattodo”isse.Centeredonstudents，themodelcombinesresourcesfromgoverment，universities，primaryshols，and familiestobuildmanagement，implementation，anddevelopmentmechanisms，solvingthe“howtodoit”problem.Thismodel's implementinglosophalancsgenralitandspeciicityIsontetadgoalssteareelctured，witivesersouing approaches，which ensures feasibility.

隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇，心理健康問(wèn)題逐漸呈現(xiàn)“低齡化”趨勢(shì)，個(gè)體約 50% 的心理問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)在小學(xué)階段且容易被生理、心理發(fā)育不成熟而遮蔽[1]。（剩余5540字）
