AbstractObjective:Stroke-related sleepdisorders(SSD)representasignificantriskto strokepatients,potentiallyleadingto disability,ecuenedeathisdistovesigatelobaltendsndseachotspotsieeldofouh abibliometricanalysis.Methods:Using bibliometricmethods,literaturepertaining toSDwassystematicallretrieved fromthe Webof Science Core Colection database between 200 to2024.Results:Theanalysis includes802articlesfrom 66 institutins, 343 journalsand55countriesorregions,spaingtheperiodfrom2O0O to2O24.Thefindingsindicatethat,priorto205,the number of publicationson SSDgrewataslow pace;however,since 2Oo5,there hasbeena marked increaseinresearchoutput.The primaryresearchdomains were neuroscienceand neurophysiology,withthe United Statesemergingasthe leader inthis field,contributing98articlesandatotalof16782citatios.TeUniversityofitsbughstandedouforitssignificantipact, with publicationsited3,469timesandaleadingroleinintermationalcoaborationBefore2Oo,HarvardUniversitywasatthe forefrontof SSDresearch.Keywordanalysis revealedthat termssuchas“stroke,”“positive pressure ventilation,”and“risk” weremostfrequentlyassociated with SSD,reflecting thebroadfocusofcurrentresearch.While SSDhasbecomeapromientresearcharea,studiesprimarilyfocusonthepreventionandtreatmentofstroke-relatedslepdisorders,withrelativelylimitedexplo rationof theirunderlyingmchanisms,anareathatwarants furthr investigation.Conclusion;ResearchonSSDhasyieldedmeaningfulresultsbuttmajorityofstudiesonceratesonliicalintervetios.Mechanisticsearchemaisinsuiciet,ndfu tureeffortsshouldproitizetheexplorationofunderlyingmechanismswhilefosteringinterdisciplinarycollborationtopropelthe advancement of the field.
