Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reaction Rate Analysis of Eszopiclone as Adjuvant Therapy for Schizophrenia Combined with Sleep Disorders

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheclinical eficacyandsafety ofeszopiclone as anadjuvanttherapyinthe treatmentof schizophrenia combinedwithslepdisorders.Methods：Atotalof7Opatients diagnosedwith schizophreniacombinedwith sleepdisorders inourhospitalfromJanuary2O19toAugust2O23wereselectedastheobservationsubjects.Theywererandomlydivided into a control group（ n=35 ）and an observation group（ n=35 ） using the random number table method. The control group received conventionaltreatment，hiletheobservationgroupreceivedconventionaltreatmentcombinedwitheszopicloneasanadjunctive treatment.Thedifferencesindiseasecontroleficacy，dversereactionrate，sleepqualityscores，positiveandnegativesdrome scale scores betweenthetwo groups were compared.Results：Theeficacyrateof diseasecontrolintheobservation group was （204號 94.29% ，which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 74.29% ）. The incidence of adverse reactions was lower， andthe sleepqualityscores were significantlylower thanthoseof thecontrol group.Thescores of positivescale，negativescale， andgenral psychopathologyscaleweresignificantlylowerthanthoseof thecontrolgroup，andthediferenceswerestatisticaly significant （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The adjunctive treatment of eszopiclone in the treatment of schizophrenia combined with sleep disorders has a definite clinical effect.
