Impacts of Trazodone Combined with Fluvoxamine on Sleep Quality and Blood Monoamine Neurotransmitters Levels in Patients with Depression

AbstractObjective:Toexplore the impacts of trazodonecombined with fluvoxamineonsleepqualityand blood monoamine neurotransmiterslevelsinpatientswithdepresion.Methods:Seventypatientswithdepressioninthehospitalwereselectedfrom March 2O22 to March 2O24,and were randomly divided into an observation group( n=35 ,treated with trazodone and fluvoxamine) and a control group( n=35 ,treated with fluvoxamine).After 2 months of treatment,the sleep structure,serum indicators,psychological symptomsscores,slepqualityscores,andadverse events werecomparedbetweenthetwo groups.Results:Aftertreatment, both groupsshowed increasesinsleepuration,apideyemovementsleeproportionsleepeficiency,on-REMstagepopr tionandlevelsofoyaeodoleacticcidndeie.rtortsedtose intheobservationgroupthanintecontrolgroup.Aditionall,sleeplatencyon-REMsages1and2proportions,ufwakenings,HamiltonDepresionRatingScale-17scoresandsleepqualityscoreswerealloweraftertreatment,withtheoservation group showing lower values than the control group( P<0.05 ). There was no statistical significance in the total incidence rate of adverse events between groups( P>0.05 ). Conclusion: Trazodone combined with fluvoxamine can improve the sleep structure of patients withdepresion,ndmayfurtherenancetheantidepressantefetsbyregulatingthelevelsofbloodmonoaminenuro transmitters. This therapy has good safety.

抑郁癥是一種高患病率和復(fù)發(fā)率的精神障礙,其核心癥狀包括情緒低落、興趣缺乏,且常伴發(fā)失眠癥狀,失眠與抑郁癥間存在雙向聯(lián)系,抑郁癥患者常難以人睡,夜間頻繁覺醒甚至早醒,這種失眠狀態(tài)加劇抑郁情緒,導(dǎo)致病情惡化,形成惡性循環(huán)[1]。(剩余4329字)
