Impacts of the Multifactorial Intervention Mode on Sleep Quality inPatientswith RefractorySscitesDuetoLiver Cirrhosis

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsof themultifactorialinterventionmodeonsleepqualityinpatientswithrefractoryascitescausedbycirhosis.Methods：Atotalof96patientswithrefractoryascitesduetolivercirrhosisadmittedtotheDepartment ofGastroenterologyoftheFirstAflatedHospitalofXiamen UniversityfromOctober2O21toOctober2O23wereselectedasthe studysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroupusingarandom numbertablemethod， with48patientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursing intervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedmultifactor intervention mode intervention.The Pitsburgh Slee QualityIndex（PSQI）was used tocompare sleepquality betweentwo groups beforeandafterintervention，andthe Anxietyand Depresion Scale（HADS）wasusedtoevaluateandcomparethedegree of improvementinpsychologicalstatus betweenthe twogroupsbeforeandafterintervention.Results：Afterintervention，thePSQI scores and HADSscoresof theobservation group weresignificantlylowerthan thoseofthecontrolgroup，andthediferencesbetween the two groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Patients with refractory ascites due to cirrhosis can receive a multi factor nursing intervention to alleviate their negative emotions and improve their sleep quality.

肝硬化難治性腹水是肝硬化晚期常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥之一，現(xiàn)階段往往應(yīng)用常規(guī)腹水治療方法進(jìn)行治療，但效果并不理想，甚至還會(huì)引起并發(fā)癥，患者容易出現(xiàn)失望、恐懼、焦慮等負(fù)性情緒，影響睡眠質(zhì)量。（剩余5114字）
